The Better Blood Sugar Program includes

The BBS Program is 4-month comprehensive plan of action designed to improve blood sugars, manage weight reduction, and reverse insulin resistance. 

  • The program will kick off with a 60 minute virtual visit

    • ​Get to know each other

    • Review your current lifestyle, health issues, diet and exercise habits and any additional areas of concern

    • Develop a customized plan for you and set goals for you to begin working on immediately. 

  • Then we will meet for 30-minute follow ups every 2 weeks

  • Access to unlimited email support between visits 

  • 2-week prediabetes-friendly, customized meal plan, which includes grocery lists.

  • Additional personalized resources include:

  1. App recommendations to track your nutritional intake

  2. Label reading and grocery shopping guide

  3. Links to recommended workouts and recipes

  4. Protein and Carbohydrate Snacking Guide

  5. And more, as needed!

  • 3-Month A1c Check-In Action Plan to assess your progress, make changes to the goals and create a long-term action plan for you to continue to be successful on your own beyond the program.

Is this program for me if I haven't been diagnosed with prediabetes?  

  • Absolutely! If you have noticed your labs going out of range, especially blood sugar, cholesterol or triglycerides, stubborn weight gain creeping up, or have a family history of diabetes you are a great match for the BBS program. 

How often do we meet?

  • We meet every 2 weeks throughout the 4 month program.  You will have unlimited email support between sessions if questions pop up before our next visit. 

Do you accept insurance?​   

  • Not for the Better Blood Sugar. You can request a superbill to submit to your insurance but I cannot guarantee coverage. Some clients use their Health Savings Account. ​​​​

Where do our meetings take place? 

  • All of our meetings happen virtually through a private web-platform. Feel free to get comfortable (no need to dress up) and make sure you have a camera on your computer and a stable internet connection!


What is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist  (CDCES)?

  • A CDCES is a medical professional with at least 2 years of experience and 1000 hours of working with diabetes clients, who provides evidence-based diabetes self-management education and support and helps people live well with diabetes. 

Can I do the Better Blood Sugar Program if I have already been diagnosed with diabetes? 

  • Absolutely! The program will teach you how to lower your sugar levels and bring down your A1c with diet and lifestyle change, setting you up for a long, healthy life even if you have Type 2 diabetes already.

What if I’m unable to make the financial investment?

  • I offer a monthly payment plan of $388 per month for 4 months. 

  • Remember, this is an investment in your long-term health and longevity, and what you learn in this program is going to last a lifetime. Is it truly that you are unable to make the investment or is it that your health is maybe not a priority right now?

Can I continue working with you after the program is over? 

  • For sure! Continue your journey with me through an ongoing monthly VIP subscription. I won't leave you hanging!
