Hi, it's so nice to meet you! My name is Tegan Bissell, and I am a licensed, registered dietitian. I have helped thousands of people take control of their health and live their best lives. With almost 10 years of experience in nutrition and diabetes, I have learned what works when it comes to managing blood sugars and insulin resistance, so you don't have to waste precious time and energy trying to figure it out yourself. 

Resilient Nutrition was founded on the belief that our bodies are incredibly resilient and we can bounce back from many health issues with the right tools. Even after a diagnosis of prediabetes or insulin resistance, we can reverse the cycle, bring our labs back to normal and reclaim health. And the best part is that it doesn't take restriction, guilt, or endless running on a treadmill!
